  Parkour [from "Parcours du combattant"] (nm) Discipline and philosophy originating in France developed primarily by David Belle with contributions from others. It is centred around developing the mind and body, and involves efficiently overcoming obstacles in your path with movements such as climbing, jumping and vaulting. (abbrev. PK)
  Traceur [eng. 'Tracer'] (n) A person who practices Parkour and follows the philosophies embedded in the parkour way of life.
  Free-Running (n) Anglicisation of the term Parkour. Evolved to include acrobatics and "freestyle" techniques contradictory to the Parkour philosophy.
