How can I start doing Parkour?
Unfortunately, Parkour does not have any organisational body in Australia. All training sessions are informal. You use the forums to find out about traceurs in your area who may can help you get started. Alternatively, come along to a training session to learn how you start Parkour. Traceurs are usually very open to teaching newcomers.
